About Us
Annette & Steve Siwy
It is very important that the members of our brokerage are active members of their communities. The Siwys and their family are long-time residents of Elburn; they are very involved in the Chamber of Commerce, Annette is an active member of the Elburn Lions Club and Steve continues to assist the Elburn Fire Department as a committee member. Annette & Steve, along with their 3 children, organize an annual community food drive that serves not only Elburn, but the entire Kane county as well. In addition, they sponsor and/or coordinate several community events including: Letters from Santa, Blackberry Creek Easter Egg Hunt, Elburn Fire Department Pancake Breakfast, Elburn Fireworks, Elburn Christmas Stroll, Special Olympics, and many more!
Our relationship with clients does not end at the closing table. That is just the beginning of their experience with the Siwy Homes Team! Several times a year, our past clients and referral partners receive special treats and invites to events for the whole family. It's our lifetime commitment to them to continue to add value.

Serving the Community with Professionalism, Care, and Loyalty. I have been around Real Estate my entire life due to my mother being an agent. You could say I was meant to become a REALTOR. My summer jobs as a kid were not only bussing tables, but also inputting listings information into databases at the local brokerage. After five years of college, a degree in communication, and a ten year career of administrative work, I realized that wasn't for me. I came to be in this industry through the influence of successful mentors, who fueled my interest in real estate with their dedication and passion for the industry. Those individuals inspired me to be a helping hand in the community in every aspect. I don't just sell houses; I help people turn the page in their own stories and imagine the possibilities. Today, my husband and I, along with our two children, get the privilege of making memories in our very own home and living out the chapters of our lives.

As a recently retired Police Officer for St. Charles, I have lots of experience in communicating and serving the public. I am excited to take the knowledge and skills I have obtained over the years and apply it to the Real Estate world. I love a challenge and any opportunity to learn and grow from new adventures. My other passions include being a fitness instructor/enthusiast and an animal lover.

I have lived in Batavia my entire life where I spend my time focused on my passions; helping people and riding horses. My family and I have been involved with horses for about 18 years. The bond with my horses has taught me so many valuable life skills. Skills such as patience, persistence, and many more. I have been able to exercise these skills in all aspects of life. Going on several mission trips growing up has also taught me the importance of serving and putting others first. These values have shaped who I am today. Rather than going to college, I decided to pursue a career in real estate and get my broker's license. I have always wanted to dive into a career young, and getting my license at 20 years old was a huge achievement for me. Once I got my license, I was introduced to Annette and Steve Siwy and from then on have been a part of their amazing team.

I moved to Illinois from Wisconsin to be a knight at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. After 6 solid years of stunt work there, I decided to try my hand at real estate and it’s been fun! I enjoy working out, and playing some video games in my off time. I’m always excited for the opportunity to learn new things and work with new people!
